Here's what to expect once you place an order with Orbalwear.
Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. You won't be charged for shipping at checkout.
Where we ship
Most of our jackets and coats ship within the United States only. Some pieces can also ship internationally, including the Orbalwear Embroidered Heavyweight Hoodie and items whose product page says "Delivery times to other countries vary". The options available for your address are shown at checkout.
Delivery times
Pieces ship from different locations, so each product page and the shipping option at checkout show the time for that item. Here's what to expect:
- Pieces from our US partner warehouse (marked "Ships from the US"): 1–2 business days processing, then 2–5 business days delivery.
- Made-to-order pieces shipped from overseas: 5–10 business days in total for most styles, or 11–14 business days for some, processing included. Each product page shows which applies.
- Standard shipping pieces: 7–15 business days in total to the US, including 1–3 business days processing. Delivery times to other countries vary.
- Pieces shipped from a US fulfillment center: 9–11 business days in total, including 3–5 business days processing.
- Orbalwear Embroidered Heavyweight Hoodie (made to order): 2–5 business days fulfillment, then 3–4 business days delivery in the US, or 5–20 business days internationally.
All times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods (especially November–December) or because of customs or carrier delays.
Tracking
We'll email you a tracking link when your order ships.
Multiple packages
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking.
Your address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that was entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package hasn't arrived, contact us at support@orbalwear.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to find it or put things right.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient, where applicable.
